Shipping policy

At NEW GEN ABS we are always looking to improve your customer experience when you shop with us. We are currently working to drastically reduce the amount of time your order takes to be delivered. Please note that, at this time, your order will currently take between 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered at your door. We are sure that the long delivery time will be compensated by the quality and durability of our stimulators.

We currently ship to all countries worldwide, except for the following:

  • CUBA, IRAN, NORTH KOREA, SUDAN, SYRIA

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on saturday and sunday will be processed on the following monday.

We do not cover custom charges on items, this will be covered by the customer. Customer may also be held liable for lost or returned packages.

The customer accepts that NEW GEN ABS does not use signatures as proof of delivery for shipments. The customer accepts the tracking number showing delivered on the carriers website and shipping label as proof of delivery. 

Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for entering their shipping details correctly. If a customer provides the incorrect shipping address and the package is lost, delivered to the wrong address, undeliverable due to missing information, or destroyed by the Post Office or any other carrier, NEW GEN ABS will not be held liable and we will not provide for a replacement of the product or a refund.

Customer Refuses to Receive Delivery 
If customer refuses to receive delivery from carrier or has it held at Post Office, NEW GEN ABS will not be held liable if the product is not returned to us or the package is destroyed.

Faulty/Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
