We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Start a return request by submitting all the necessary information on our Returns Portal, or send us an email at support@newgenabs.com. If your request is accepted, we'll provide you with the return address in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and refunded.
Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product. Shipping costs for the original delivery are not reimbursable.

Cancellation of order
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you will only be able to do so within 3 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@newgenabs.com. Since we work fast to ensure the highest customer service to our customers, order cancellations after these 3 hours will not be taken into consideration but you might, however, be eligible for a refund after you receive your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
At this time we do not accept returns on gift cards and warranties. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for a new item. We will reimburse you the cost of the original item returned to us - minus any shipping fee.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Use of warranties
Customers have the possibility to add to their cart and purchase a 'lifetime warranty'. The term 'lifetime' references the suggested lifetime of the product (when used as intended) or the time that the product is in production, whichever is shorter. It does not refer to the buyer's lifetime in any way. Please note that the warranty cannot be solicited if the product is discontinued before their suggested lifetime runs out.
The suggested lifetime of the products for which it's possible to buy the warranty for are the following:
If a customer is willing to use their warranty for any reason, they'll need to head over to our Return Portal and initiate the procedure for a refund, being careful to select 'Exchange' and not 'Refund' when asked to select a 'Return Method'. The warranty does not give in any way a customer the right to a refund, but only the right to receive a new item. Alternatively, customers can always contact us at our email address support@newgenabs.com.
The warranty is valid for only one product in a certain order, chosen by the customer. So far as the customer has already made use of the warranty for a certain order, they will not be able to use the same warranty again for the same order, even if for a different product. Warranties cannot be combined with other warranties to extend their duration. In order to be valid, warranties must be purchased on the same order of the product it is going to cover. Warranties purchased individually cannot be used to ask for a new item purchased on a different order.
